CAT Automotive exists to prove that speed and sustainability are not a tradeoff. We are building a hydrogen supercar from first principles — obsessing over every gram of carbon fiber, every millisecond of throttle response.

Carbon Monocoque
A 13-piece interlocking carbon fiber chassis designed for maximum rigidity at minimum weight. Every joint engineered to handle racing loads.

Hydrogen Fuel Cell
High-pressure Type IV composite storage paired with a high-efficiency fuel cell stack. Instant power, no waiting to charge, water as the only byproduct.

A custom-engineered electric power steering rack with precision Ackermann geometry, designed in-house for direct, communicative feel at all speeds.

The CAT powertrain integrates a Horizon fuel cell stack, Type IV carbon-wrapped hydrogen storage cylinder, BMS, energy harvester, and motor drive electronics into a single rigid subframe — engineered for packaging efficiency and serviceability.
